The London show comes just four days after she celebrated her 53rd birthday on Tuesday, which saw her management team present her with a two-tiered cake covered in candles onstage at the Leicester De Montfort hall.
With the audience cheering and applauding, the former Britain’s Got Talent star naturally gave them a big 'Su-Blow'.
Susan was even given a sash with the phrase ‘I’m the birthday girl’ on it to wear for the rest of her performance.

But the tour hasn't all been smooth-running. During a recent performance in Manchester, a man was taken ill after collapsing in his seat at the city's Bridgewater Hall.
The man received emergency resuscitation after he was carried out on a stretcher and taken to hospital in an ambulance.
Susan began her performance five minutes late, unaware that a member of the audience had been taken severely ill.

According to the Manchester Evening News, audience members were asked to leave a section of the stalls as ambulance crew administered the emergency procedure.
A witness said: 'It was a member of the audience who started the CPR which was then taken over by the paramedics, who arrived within minutes. I've literally never seen an ambulance crew arrive so quickly'.
A spokesperson for Bridgewater Hall told MailOnline: 'We can confirm that an audience member was taken ill prior to the start of the performance.
'He received first aid at the scene and was taken to hospital by ambulance. The start of the performance was delayed by 5 minutes. We would like to thank audience members for their assistance and concern. We are unable to give any further information.'
