ITV film crew will follow Susan Boyle on tour
SINGER Susan Boyle is taking to the road for her first Scottish tour.

The Britain’s Got Talent star is to take on a seven-concert mini-tour of home turf before deciding whether to add more dates.
The news will be a boost for Subo fans, many of whom attended the Elaine C Smith musical based on the singer’s life just for a glimpse of their idol, who made occasional live appearances for the finale, singing the title tune I Dreamed A Dream.

The ITV show will film Susan Boyle at home, during rehearsals and backstage.
The famously fragile singer, 52, has also agreed to let the cameras follow her as she prepares for the tour. The ITV show will film Susan – who has sold 19 million albums worldwide – at home, during rehearsals and backstage.
Susan, 52, from Blackburn, West Lothian, said: “I’m really looking forward to getting on stage and singing with my own band for an entire show. This is the year that I feel that I would be able to give an audience what they want. I’ve always wanted to do my own show and now I feel confident enough to give it a go.
“I’ve chosen my favourite songs from past albums and also new songs that not only have I wanted to perform for years but resonate with me and I hope my fans will love.
“I wanted to begin in Scotland to say thank you for all the support I have been shown over the past few years.” Tour dates are: Tuesday 2nd July, Eden Court Theatre, Inverness; Thursday 4th July, Music Hall, Aberdeen; Saturday 6th July, Caird Hall, Dundee; Monday 8th July & Tuesday 9th July, King’s Theatre, Glasgow; Friday 12th July & Saturday 13th July, Festival Theatre, Edinburgh.
Tickets go on sale from Friday.
