To Post Staff Writer: What in the world kind of newspaper do you run? You had better do your story over and get some real facts printed. You made a mess of trying to describe this beautiful show, which brought on many standing ovations throughout the night and rave reviews after the show. First off, Susan Boyle, herself. was there in person and not in the audience as you stated. Susan was there backstage, in person, for 8 hours with the Cast and performed magnificently after the show. She came on at the end of the show and sang two songs. IDAD and Who I was born to be, which is an original song. The other original song was "Return" which is on her latest CD "Someone To Watch Over Me" Preview night was Friday, March 23 in the beautiful Newcastle Theater, UK. There were 1100 people in attendance to see Scottish TV star Elaine C. Smith playing Susan Boyle. Newcastle Theater Royal, which you refer to as "crazy London", has just had a major renovation and is a very classy theater with over 1000 seats. Many fans who went to the preview show wrote on Twitter "smash hit" and expressed how much they enjoyed the performance. One hundred fans from USA (20 states) will be in attendance for opening night which is March 27. Fans traveled from all over the world to see that show. And what does Jerry Springer have to do with the Susan Boyle musical. Poor analogy. As a Massachusetts fan, I am appalled by seeing this sloppy article you call writing. No wonder you do not have a writer's name on it. Who wrote this mess?
I suggest others go and post a comment.

The storybook life of singer Susan Boyle has been made into a musical — “I Dreamed a Dream” — that debuted over the weekend in England, with Boyle herself in the audience,
The reality-show star’s life is the latest unlikely TV story to get a stage treatment in theater-crazy London.
A musical based on “The Jerry Springer Show” was a smash several years ago in London — though never made much of a splash when it came here for a brief run in 2008.
The Susan Boyle musical has no original music — but uses hit songs like Tony Orlando’s “Knock Three Times,” Janis Ian’s “At Seventeen” and “Stuck in the Middle With You” to illustrate her unhappy upbringing in Scottish public housing.
The second act includes her triumphant appearance on “Britain’s Got Talent” and sudden rise to fame — as well as her pre-finale breakdown.
At the curtain call, the actress who played Boyle, Elaine C. Smith, called the real singer to the stage for a standing ovation.
